Anyone that has an a/c fail when it's 105*, that's who.
My a/c pooped the bed 2 days ago, culminating in a 93* house yesterday and today. I have my RKL set to keep the tank between 79 and 82* and it saved my tank. I took the fan off of it a few weeks ago when I was working in it and forgot to replace it. I walked by and saw the temp showing 91* and immediately put the fan back on. The temp dropped back to its normal range and everything is back to normal. It caused a little diatom bloom, but nothing major. My biocube, on the other hand, is not so happy. I killed the lights and crossed my fingers. The large hammer that was in it is toast and the rics may be too. The mollies are still alive and I'm hoping my goby/pistol pair are too.
So, get a cheap controller and save your tank.
