Reefnest will be having a workshop on how to drill a tank and looking for somebody who can bring a tank and we can show everybody how to drill it. Any tank from 20 gal to 30 gal will be great. REEFNEST
I forgot to say that we need one tank so we don't have to bring to the meeting and back with us. One hole too. I'm not sure how can you get that tank there or if that will be a problem.

Thurge, What size bulk head are you planning on using. I have a 75 I just drilled the back out for a CL and used the redundant method by installing two smaller drained instead of one larger one. I have a 2 3/8" bit we used and it fits allot of sch 80 1 1/4" bulk heads.
I was thinking about going with 1.5" which according to Marinedepot uses a 2 3/8 hole.
After doing some thinking about the set up I have more holes than just the one you were thinking about for the demonstration. If someone has a smaller project speak up. If not I can still bring it but I want to turn the back into swiss cheese, for a reef. Double drains, 4 returns...
