Who's been buying the curious wormfish on DD?

There have been a few in the last few weeks. Always gone right away.

Anyone here get one? How is it doing?

I bought one a couple of years ago from a LFS. The thing was neat, but the second it was released into my tank, I saw it once and never again after that. Who knows if it's still in there or not.

IME, they do disappear into the substrate, often for long periods of time. in fact, i thought mine was "gone" until i was working on the tank and startled it out of the sand. i was shocked that it was still there.

that being said, it usually showed up when it detected food in the tank. it preferred live blackworms, pods, and enriched live BS to prepared foods, but did pick a bit.

IIRC, i finally lost it to a carpet surfing incident after about a year.
