Who's coming to July Meeting for Sure

I am trying to figure out a number of people who are coming for sure to the event on Saturday.

The other thread was getting cluttered.

Please post what you are bringing and how many are attending with you. Spouses and your children are invited if you would like to bring them.

Direction will be sent out by email later in the week.

If you want to bring some beverages, cole slaw or a dessert that would be appreciated. Anyother suggestions would be fine as well. Just let me know what you would like to bring.

Final numbers seem a bit schetchy. There are a few members that are not on this board, and haven't replyed back saying they where coming. Same thing happened with the event at Rod's, a dozen or so replied and we had way more than that at his shop. Which isn't that big of a deal. Tom is getting about 36 pcs of meat to cook, so if we should be good.

On the note of RSVPing we will have a couple events coiming up soon that we need to RSVP on so our host can plan acordingly.

I will have some extra meet and such at the house. I am having another BBQ with the family in 2 weeks so there will be extra food if we need it.

I think we go most things covered.

My guess for people is 20-25
