My corals keep vanishing over night! They seem to be ripped off of there rock, some times there are pieces scatered around the tank so they are not being eaten just pulled apart.

whos the culpret?

my Regal Tang

Blue Fined Damsel (who is now black)

Yellow Tang

or my clowns?

Posibly the Regal? I've heard people say they ate my corals, but never witnessed it myself. Just a guess, though none of your fish are really known as coral eatters. Are you sure you don't have a hitch hicker in the rocks? Like a crab? I think that might be a more reasonable answer.

What kind of corals are being attacked? I'd assume the tangs first, but perhaps the clowns are cleaning an area to host, too. Are the attacked corals random or is it generally always in the same area? What kind of clowns are they? I know lots of people have problems with maroon clowns killing all of their corals.

Its more or less anything new I put in my tank, but Xenia always seems to be the first to go...I have a small amount of coral that has been there for a long time (before most the fish) so I know its not a crab it just tends to be the new pieces I put in that get destroyed.

The Clowns I own are 2 Tomato and 3 Percula Clowns (2 of which are False Percula)
