Who's going to MACNA this year?

If its like other major conferances I've been to, some vendors pull out after day one or day two, day three is pretty sparce.

I kinda figured it moved around, I just wanted to pick on Pittsburgh

This will be my 8th MACNA and I have yet to see any vendor leave before Sunday. Now, a lot of the livestock is already bought and on hold though by then, but there are still some deals to be had as well as the raffle on Sunday.

i think we need to bring it back to cleveland

Get involved and maybe we can make it happen ;)

Steven--is it too late to buy tickets online? I'm going on Friday and just haven't gotten around to purchasing a ticket yet. If it is still possible to pre-purchase tickets I will--probably easier for me to have it taken care of ahead of time, and maybe easier for the MACNA organizers?

I believe you can still buy tickets online, but within the next day or two it is going to be disabled, but tickets will still be available at the door.

Remember, tickets will be available at the door, particularly the trade show only passes ($25) which gives you access to the convention center where we have 112 booths of exhibitors.

MASNA members have the privilege of an early admission before the doors are open to everyone else. Looks like noon on Friday, 11:00 for MASNA members.

Correct

Mike660r, If I'm not mistaken Cleveland was the ORGINAL home of MACNA. It is totally a cleveland thing, but without lots of cooperation and people to do the leg work it will never happen again. We'd love to see it come back to cleveland in the future. We'd be willing to help out with alot of things.

Bummer...looks like I won't be going. Car problems and they can't get the part until Monday. I'd hate to get stuck in PA!

You are more then welcome to ride down with me on Saturday. I am pretty much just going to see the vendors though and coming back. LMK

Hey folks, this is a great show. If you can make it out you should do so. They had open bar this evening and they are going to do it again tomorrow night :)

I visited the Vendor Hall today, I hate to say it but you'll be done with te vendor hall in 2hrs or so. I'd get the full pass at the door and plan to attend some of the sessions. I did have some good conversations with some of the vendors IE: Tunze, Geo, Deltec, ect. But vendors actually selling things, are few and far between, but I got a lot of freebies =)

I have had several good take away ideas from the vendors today. I plan to rip out my rock as soon as I get home and make some changes :).. I hope the large 300 gal tank is truely up for raffle tomorrow and I win it.
