Just like the title states, who's going? I'm planning on flying up on Fri, going to the conference on Sat and possibly Sunday (depending on flight time). Would love to meet up with some local reefers while I'm there.

What's the best deal of the day as far as airfare and hotel? Checked the links on their website, prices are high! I went on airfare.com, much better air fare prices.
One more question (since the previous one got so much attention)... if I buy frags or corals there, how do I get them back? Will the airlines allow me to carry them on, or do they have to be checked as baggage?

pm ty or eddie and I am sure they will direct you or ask once we are there ....as far as air fair southwest was the cheapest leaving on thursday morning returning sunday evening .....since eddie and I are working thursday we are not leaving till thrus after work so we are using spirit as they are the only one cheep enough with an afternoon flight out of ft laud but we are returning on southwest as they are the cheapest with a flight on sunday evening that isnt a red eye flight

Airfare is a toss up, but i recommend staying at the event Hotel. Rate is not bad, and most attendees hang out there.
MACNA is a huge networking opportunity as well as a show. You meet folks from all over the world that you get to see at every MACNA. Ive been going since 2009, and now have friends that meet up every year from, Trinidad, Sadi Arabia, Venezuela, Colombia, and the rest of the country.

IMHO- checking it in is best. In atlantic city one of our members won a pair of designer clowns. She tried to bring them on board, and they where confiscated by TSA. Dont know what ended up happening with them, but i know it took several days to resolve. :sad2:
Weve check them in many time, Ty, Bobby, Julio, and myself and never had issues. Vendors will hold them for you till the last minute even if you buy the first day. Its quite common practice in these national shows.

Just an FYI Frontier has some cheap flights Direct from Ft. Lauderdale to Denver and even cheaper flights Direct from West Palm to Denver.
