Why are my fish dying

Why are my fish dying, I just had a strawberry psuedochromis die today, it seemed perfectly healthy last night, and I had it for more than a month and a half. This has happened to me several times with other fish. The weird part is my salt levels are fine, my amonia is fine, everthing seems good. Like I said the day before the fish will seem perfectly healthy too. I have noticed increased algae, and red algae, and loss of coraline growing on the glass I used to have lots of it and now its gone, could that be a clue.
Thanks, Drew

You didn't say anything about nitrates. Are they usually high? When is the last time you did a water change?

Drew. You should test all the water parameters and get a base point so you can find out the problem. You didnt mention Nitrate/Nitrites, you should test for them too.

What is the pH, test, salinity, etc.
