Why does my chiller fire up when halides turn on?

Its a pita i tried everything and changed outlets numerous times to no avail.
Then my HQI ballast fires up and it fires up my chiller as well for a split second click on and off for 2-3 times and finally stop and the halide will fire.
I know the ballast could be the problem but i never had issues with this and other controllers. Its not over pulling amps that i can tell. My meter proves it.
Its on the outlets that Neptune reccomended. Maybe the chiller needs to go to another???
I will be doing a fish room in a few mos and will have all new electrical.
It might be a GFCI thing triggering this.
Any other idea's??
TIA

Are your halides and chiller on the same outlet?

Have you tried putting the halides on either 4 or 8 and the chiller on the other (4 or 8). Those are mechanical relays and there should not be any sort of interference between them.

Oh sorry, Its a eb8, and 2 halides are on 4-8 and 3rd halide and the my icecap 660 are on the second eb8 4-8.
Chiller is on other outlet on the eb8, I am taking i should change that?. I dont want a 3rd eb8, Might be better to get a eb4.

well i dont need the chiller till summer so i can take it off the eb8 for now.
Tried to put it on the #8 outlet and put my 660 ballast on another. That is when i realized it made the the whole eb8 flicker not just the halide.
I dunno,,, I took the chiller off and just had the 660 and halide on the 4-8's and when the second fires it dont matter which one the whole eb8 flickers.
