Why Hagen/Fluval warranty is so bad?

Fluval 13.5 Light partially failed - waiting 12 months (!!!) for an exchange/replacement with no results (no update in a ticket for a year!!!). Corals cannot wait without light. So I bought another light from another company.

Stay away from Hagen/Fluval as far as you can.
