Bought my first Tunze this month, a nanostream 6025.
I opened up the package and started to put it together when I realized 1 of the clips that help mount the magnet to the pump was broke off. I contacted the company Y purchased it from and they stated that they would not have any more in till the next year. Contacted Roger from Tunze and within the week I was up and running. Kudos to Roger and his great customer service. This was my first Tunze but it will not be my last. Thanks for the great service Roger.
