My rbta seems huge. I hadn't done a water change in quite sometime. My appendix ruptured, and the tank got neglected. I just did oa 50% change on Monday. My parameters are,
Ph= 8.4
Ammonia= 0
Nitrite= 0
Nitrate= 5
Phosphate= .25
Magnesium= 1340
My tank is 2 1/2 years old, and 72 gallons with a 20 gallon sump/refugium. I've had the anemone for a year and a half. I have been using Kent tech m to battle algae that got out of control during my neglect of the tank. I honestly can't tell if it's hair algae, or bryopsis. Either way, magnesium was only 1040 when I started dosing. I'm just wondering if my led light is not good enough for the anemone, or if it's just happy since the water change. Want to stay with led, any suggestions for my setup? It's a fowlr right now, but would like to add corals once algae is under control again. Thanks for your help.
