Why my BTA wont eat?

I have a RBTA and i have had it for at lease 3 weeks and i try to feed it, and it wont eat. i wan to know what is going on with it.
i think is a colon i when and ask the reef keeper and told me that is was cut. so i think is a clone.

i also have a white sabe anemone and it eats.

What are your water parameters? With numbers, and include your salinity.
