why NY guy

why a guy from NY comes in my thread wich is in Tampa Bay Reef Central (tampa) and closes it thats not right
1.- I have been a member for over 50 days
2.- I had over 65 posts
3.- lots of peaple are selling stuff in this fomum
4.- I am a tampa bay reef club member (Club membershipjust $25.)

and i am just tryinng to find a home for a fish that my not make in my tank.

Agreed, it's 90 days, not 50. Rules are rules and we all had/have to abide by them.

BTW, club membership has nothing to do with RC and it's rules.

Very simple guys.
DgenR8 is Reef Central Staff. He enforces the rules. The rules require you to be a Reef Central member for 90 days AND have 50 posts.

On your list, #3 and #4 don't matter. Reef Central allows TBRC space to have a forum.

Unfortunately, I had to remove your For Sale post. For Sale threads are only allowed in the specific selling forums or within the club forums. New members must contribute to the Reef Central community before using our resources to sell/trade their items.

That means being a member for longer than 90 days AND having achieved a 50 post count.

that's why. and yes, i did copy and paste....i am surprised you didn't read it

It's pretty simple. If you want support, follow the rules. You don't qualify to sell. The staff member did what we do dozens of times a day in enforcing our site rules.

Oh, and FWIW, it's generally a bad idea to start a new thread challenging why your old one was closed. Calling out the volunteer staff here with your thoughts on the matter is usually a good way to find yourself kicked off the site.
