I am also looking at GlassCage (48x24x24) with ghost overflow. Did they drill the holes or did you have to that localy?

They drill the holes. I did get a quote from them which was less than Miracles with all the same specs.

Okay, this thread was for RS vs Miracles, not whether GC will drill and cost of GC vs. M. Although I chose RS so the thread isn't personally relevant to my making a decision anymore (thanks for all who replied in that regard), let's keep it on-topic for others.

Just drill it yourself. That way its exactly where you want it. A monkey can drill a tank, so no worries there. Its painless.

Now if going with a small tank with thin glass, drilling can be quite tough.

I looked at coast to coast as they are top notch too. They build amazing tanks. Felix was in my area recently building a 600 gallon tank ON SITE for a guy here. That's customer service....I looked RS when I was upgrading but the wait was longer then 6 months and I was impatient. I also looked at AGE, but went elsewhere altogether. I think you'll be happy with any of the builders.
