Why won't my Kenya tree open?

I placed him in the sand bed and he's not opening I'm not sure why? Can someone please help!

Salinity: 1.024
Carbonate hardness: 12 dkh
Calcium: 380
Phosphate:0
Ph: 8.0
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 3.0

Btw: once a week I have been adding Kent Nano Reef. I have been doing that for 2 weeks.

Mine closes up like that when I make changes but usually opens up the next day.

Actually only a day. I have 1 clown fish and a candy cane coral. Hammer coral and a torch coral. It's probably still getting use to the tank. But I just got a torch coral a few hours ago and he was wide open.

Every so often, mine sheds it skin. I could be doing that. Good luck to you!
