WHy !!!!!!!

A couple of weeks ago I was placing an order of some t5 bulbs and at the checkout got a horrible mesage, that MD could not send those items to Mexico, I understand that fedex is the one that is not allowing this but is there other way???
Also, why you cant ship to a us address with a foreing credit card,
and you have been able to do so in the past, why not now?

Aside from this I think MD has an outstanding costumer service, I personaly have been shopping with them since 2003

I hope you can help me with the t5 issue

Thank you for your post, unfortunately we are no longer able to ship bulbs internationally due to the frail nature of the bulbs, as they tend to arrive broken to their destination and cannot be replaced, unfortunately Fed Ex will not cover the damages on broken bulbs.

In regards to using a international credit card for a domestic order, this is for your protection against fraud as well as ours, as we can only ship to the billing address of the international credit card. We do offer a different form of verified payment via PayPal. You can find more information on PayPal at their website at www.paypal.com.
