Wierd bug on zoa

Hey guys thought i would throw this out there. I only have one frag of zoas in my tank, they have been fine for the past couple months. But for the past 4 days or so they have been closed. Anyhow i took the plug and shook it around and a couple of critters fell out.

they were about 1/8th round, and greyish white in color. i actually thought they may have been FW or something but when they landed on theyre backside they seem'ed to kind of "pop" themselves upright.

as far as ive seen they dont look like nudis or fw's.

any guesses?

Also they seemed to "pop" around for movement instead of travel in a smooth line.

Sorry for no pic, i tried but couldnt get the camera to focus on such a small creature.

Hey thanks for the replies.

I looked over the links and the closest thing it resembles are the sand skates. Hmmmmm the only thing that makes me think it is not correct is the fact that they are sopposed to be fast. When i inspected them they seemed to sort of pop or hop around.

They could have just eaten and still full.. LOL
