Wild Clowns

I just got 2 wild percula clowns, not tank bred I need to know what they eat, my last clowns were the false ones and ate EVEVRYTHING, these on the other hand I have heard are picky eaters, all comments welcome:rollface:

Well, most likely they wont eat for a few days (up to a week)..dont worry, its "normal"..watch out for intestinal parasites (white stringy poop)..and keep a close eye on them..most wildcaught clowns are susceptible to brook..HTH's

they seemed to eat mysid last night, maybe they were starving from the long trip? haha, I still need to know what foods they prefer??? any thoughts

do I need to get a BTA or can they use the Flowerpot coral or a torch as a host, my last clowns LOVED the flowerpot, lol

Definately, and they don't need an anemone.

can't really tell you what food they prefer as you should just try with what you have

I have mysis, brine, frozen formula one and two, flakes and formula one pellets on hand

and yet sometimes I get a fish that won't eat =/

I always use live brine on WC on then when they get used to them I switch to mysis and formula one.
