Wild True Percula vs. Tank Raised?

Are the tank raised as colorful? I know they are suppose to ship better, but do they have the nice black/white/orange color contrast? I have only seen tank raiced ocellaris. One of the better online retailers has tank raised true perculas avaiable, and I'm considering getting a pair. (not an easy thing sight unseen).

I called marine depot live today and asked about there true percs because thats what i'm getting for my nano. I asked if they were wild or tank raised that they sell. They said that they ship w/e they have in, but the tank raised are harder to get and are more valuable. I asked if the black stripes are as prominent in tank raised as they are in the wild ones, He said that no they black lines are thinner on tank raised. I personally love the look of the wild and asked the guy if when I ordered could I make sure I got wild ones, and he said to just put it in the notes that you want wild ones. I hope this helps.

see if your LFS can get some T/R percs in then you can pick whichever you like the most. Generally the lines are thinner in the T/R clowns, but this far outweighs the disadvantages of wild caught percs.
