Finally the snow is gone and we actually have some flowers, and I actually took some time to grab a few shots.
Thanks - they're called bleeding hearts. They happen to be in the backyard of the house I bought last year. They are pretty wild looking!
Focus stacking is basically taking multiple images with the same framing but different planes of focus and then masking them together. With super close macro the DOF is so shallow sometimes even stopped down leaves areas soft. This way you can have the image sharp from front to back.
