will bta sting corals?

hey all-

looking at pics of btas, it appears as though some are actually touching corals. will a bta sting corals? specifically sps (acros) ans zoas?

Yes, they will kill what they touch.

My GBTA touched a few zoa polyps on a new frag I placed to close and they havent opened up in the 4 days it's been there. The rest of the colony is beautiful!

Yes they will. I lost a lot of sps with my first BTA before I switched tanks and set up a separate "bommie" for it.
