will nassarius snails breed?

The only snails that i know i have a decent amount of are nassarius. I have a few others, but not more than 1 or 2 of each....i know it is not enough, but i think i have some snail eggs on the back glass of my tank.....has anyone else had nassarius snails lay eggs? Could it be anything else, like I know they will probably be food, but i was just curious.

Mine used to lay eggs on the glass all the time. Never noticed any babies though.

I believe that nassarius snail young go through a planktonic stage of life and normally do not survive.

They lay eggs all the time, the babies wont make it after they drop from the 1st larval stage.

Cerith will lay eggs all the time too, but will survive and grow to adulthood.
