Will regular flatworms damage sps acros??

I had a problem in my QT tank were some of my acros died.
I just noticed some flat worms in a rock of mushrooms that I have in there. but I am unsure if it has anything to do with the acros that died?

I've had them pretty bad and the acros didn't mind, my guess is it was something else.

Generally they regular ones dont pose a problem. Unless you had millions of them and they were all over the acro tissue etc. I'd look at water issues.
