will the tunze wave box work on my tank??

i want to get a wavebox the dimensions of my tank is
48L x 18W x 30H it has a center overflow. i have about a 1.5 inch gap on the top of space of the tank from the water line. My tank is 3/4 on sides. If i get one since its a 30'' inch deep tank will i still get a sweep motion on the bottom of the tank?

Yes, it should work, I would expect a wave that is about 1" high but you can reduce the height a bit if needed. The wave reaches all areas of the tank when it is properly tuned.

actually, my tank is 48lx18wx24h and the wavebox gives me waves of 3-4 inches high. that thing is crazy.
