Will this LED fixture work on SPS??

hi i am experimenting on this light fixture. I am sure it would work on soft corals but would like to know if it may work on SPS?

i have about 1240 low power LEDs lighting up my 75g shallow tank.

i dont think so, those arent strong enought to support the grow in the sps. do you know its wavelength by any chance. look very similar to the one that sell on eB

they are hydroponic grow lights; 60 Blue light LEDs: 465nm (nanometer) wave length & 165 Red light LEDs: 650nm (nanometer) wave length
165 + 60 = Total 225 LEDs, running at 13.8w and the white LED tubes are superbright 10,000k spot lights running at 11w

panel x 2 = 450 LEDs (120 blue/330 red)
tubes x 4 = 792 LEDs

=1242 LEDs...

not even close you will need WAY more light than what these put off
