Will Turbelle Kill anemones?

Just put in a Turbelle 6000 with controller - YIKES - does that thing move water. My 7-8" deep sand bed will never be the same. But, the polyp extension, esp. on SPS is better than ever.

BUT - was wondering - how much experience people had using these in anemone tanks - I posted a question on the general board - got only a couple of replies - one good, one bad. Roger - what do you hear?

PS I am operating the 6000 well below maximum. I don't have an anemone, and am not planning to get one impulsively.

I think it is a hazard. The Stream rock could largely prevent any injury because it shields the intake.

Would covering it with something other than the Tunze rock work? I can't put a rock where I have mine. ? fine fabric like nylon screen-door cloth? Sponge like material? Other ideas?

I think the problem is it would just get sucked up against it. In theory the output is so near the intake that it should be impossible for something to get drawn to it without being blown away. I have seen it happen though and I just have to say it can happen. The Stream rock is really the best solution in my opinion.
