My aluminum windows turn into waterfalls this time of year - they cant handle the humidity of my house... my seals have failed also so I can hardly see through my living room windows. Plus the mildew...
Has anyone else had to buy new windows (vinyl)? Champion Windows (a nationwide company) is the highest bidder of 2 so far but the other guy is local mfgr and he said I'd probably have a line of condensation across the bottom sill and across the top of the bottom sill where the two meet. Champion is $5000/8 windows, the other is $3000/8 windows. Two grand isn't peanuts... Anyone know of any other mfgrs I should call to get a quote.
