Wireless controller question.

I have a 4ft 110 tall with 2 pumps on either side of the tank. I read that the controller does not work through water and wanted to know if it will work in this case. Just wanted to know if I should bother buying the upgraded controller.

Just mount the controllers below, above, or behind the tank and you will be fine. They will not be capable of communicating with one another if there is water in between them.

ohh okay so the controllers just have to be together not the pumps. Awsome!
