I've served a few expensive meals to my fish over the years. A $30 cleaner shrimp that hadn't even hit the rocks before my flame hawk nailed it, comes to mind. A clam sounds like a pricey dinner. Good luck!

You are very brave best of luck get a picture of the emp when you can. I always wanted that fish but im too nervous of it picking at corals to own one myself.

looking good fingers crossed. so far the only issues with the emperor has been with other fish nothing serious though.for the most part it leaves the coral alone.

From what ive read on emperor angels when they're in the juvienal stages they're ok with corals but as they start to morph and get more bold they "might" start to check corals out. Continue to update any chance we can get a picture?
