Wobble wobble 6095

Roger, I took 2 old 6095's out of retirement. I have older model before controller came with them. Got them on my Digital Aquatic Archon advanced wave maker set to 5 second pulse with 100/40 max/min. All running fine except the right one "wobbles" at either 40 or 100%. Took it out of holder and it wobbles when held so it is not magnet holder. I took apart and reassembled. Little blue disk with black ring facing the impeller. Any other ideas? Thanks. Even with a little wobble I am very glad to have my Tunze back in the tank. Tried another brand pump and I like many others found it to be a maintenance nightmare.

Either the propeller is out of balance or the metal shaft the prop spins on is loose. If the shaft is not separated from the motor (they should not be removed) then try the propeller from the other pump.
