I accidentaly got Seachem's AquaZole instead of their Metronidazole. Is AquaZole just as effective as Metronidazole, or does it not work as well in saltwater?

i believe they are one in the same... only aquazole is less concentrated...

So it will be less effective, right? I am going to use it mainly as and internal dewormer. Should I get the Metronidazole for better results?

I've never used that product, but may I suggest you post your question in the Seachem forum here at RC. I'm sure they will answer your question.
