Np, I was thinking of asking $100 for both 40s the SCWD and the stand.

You can't buy a 40 gallon tank and a SCWD for that... What a deal.

Especially if it's already cycled and cultured, you could drain it quick, move it - keeping it wet, and set it back up with minimal consequences... especially if there was substrate involved.

Yeah there is almost $70 worth of pluming on it atm, I just dont want to sit on like my 54Gal corner tank thats been in my basment for 3 years.
