Working on a Power Center!

Looks good! (I have the American DJs on my setup too)

Now, all you need is some panduit to place the cables in, & route it to the power centre.

Ray

Thanks Ray it has been a tedious job, but will pay-off in the cleanliness and organization of things.

When you say panduit are you talking about wire ties? Sorry for my ignorance.

Do you have pics of your setup Ray?

Here is the whole setup:

Here is the upper view:

Here is the side with all the stuff mounted. The grey plastic looking thing is the panduit. It keeps cables & wires neatly in place. Shown are the Tunze power module, & 7095 controller, along with the reef keeper with its black receptacle box & pinpoint Temp. The reef keeper temp probe is in the sump & the pinpoint is in the main tank. Heaters are in the sump as well. The fans for the canopy are controlled by the reef keeper.

I haven't finished with the rest of the panduit yet.
Ray

thats just obscene. Reefkeeping is a dirty hobby Ray. The underside of a tank should be messy, water splashes, dust, dog hair etc.....

Thats just really wrong.

BTW....is the offer to come help on my electricals still open?

Seriously tho, Ray has a great set up. The wiring he did and the panduit are really neat....definitely going to happen to my system in the near future.

Thanks for posting Ray.

Paul.

I'll agree Paul that is insanely clean! Definitly the cleanest I've seen.

Wish I could afford the Tunze setup right now!

Thanks alot for the pics Ray.

Thanks, fellow reefers! ;)

The cabinet/canopy was made by Paul & Tim. Paul & I worked on the rest of it.

KPK,
you can get the panduit an any electrical supply store, comes in white or grey. It's worth the cost.

Paul,
Yes, offer still stands...

Now back to KPK's thread!

Ray

I will have to get some then that looks really sharp.

Hands down to Paul & Tim for the amazing wood work.

What all electrical/wiring do you have to do Paul? When you get everything in place or now? Just curious.

Ray,

That looks awesome. I cant even imagine the plans for my tank yet. Heck I am still just planning the room from a rough draft in my head.

Haha looks like it's coming together though. Then you gotta get that baby put together! You still up for starboard? If at all possible could i get you to get me something else while you are there?

Wow, thats exactly what I have envisioned for mine, clean and neat, how does he do that? I dont want to do REEF, at least not yet, just starting back, but jeez even that clean for a trigger tank would be awesome for me!

How much has he put into this system, if I may ask?
