Worm ID, please

Hello, noob to the saltwater side of aquariums. Have had mine up for three weeks now and all seems to be going wonderfully. It is a FOWLR & LS.

I just saw this guy when I arrived home from work today and was curious as to what it is. I did some research on bristle worms but was uncertain if that is what this little guy is. I've noticed him come out and grab a piece of the sand and dart --- very quick, seems less than the blink of an eye fast -- backwards to the rock, you can see where he is built his fort at the bas of the rock to the right.

Thank you =) I had visited that site awhile back when I first set up my tank. I can not really find a match though.

Oh well, I'll keep an eye on him and as long as he is not causing chaos, he can stay.
