Worm ID

Anyone have any idea what these worms are? They are rather fast and also quite small. They are in a 4oz solo cup in the picture to give you an idea of scale.

Sorry i couldnt get a better picture, but they move to damn fast to get anything real clear plus theyre so tiny.

They look like flatworms, but hard to tell in the pic.
