Worm ID

I found a worm looking critters in some live rock I just put in my tank. Does anyone know what it is and is it safe for my tank? There has to be at least 15 of them all over the live rock.

Are there up to 5 of them coming out of one hole? Looks like brittle star arms. This type of star will sweep the rock or stick its arms into the water to grab food particles. A good cleaner if so.

Leslie's right - that's a small brittle star - or as some call them, a micro-star - very cool hitch-hiker, congradulations! :thumbsup:
