lastnight after i had the lights over the tank off for about an hour i went back down and turned on just a lamp in the room . FIrst time i have done this since i started . To my suprise i had tons of bristle worms feeling around and then thats when i spotted this big worm that looked similar to a earth worm but this one retracted back inside of its self .Any ideas on what it is ? i have a few of them . and i would like to thank you all again for being so helpful!

Could possibly be a peanut worm but without a picture that is only a guess.
