Worming procedure?

Planning to use flagyl on my male Barbouri. He has eaten great since I got him a few weeks ago but is still extremely thin. I'm planning to inject the PE brand mysis with the panacur. Just curious how often and for how long I should do this? Would a different medication be better? I also have praziquantel or flagyl that I could use.

Fenbendazole (Panacur) - 50mg/kg of body weight
Praziquantel - 50 mg/kg of body weight
Metronidazole - 25 mg/kg of body weight for 5-10 days or 100 mg/kg for 3 days.

You will need to weigh the seahorses and convert the dosages appropriately, ie .05 mg/gm. This is the information that is on that forum about deworming
