Worth trying to save this green carpet

Upadet: so he ate again on friday and he is starting to get some color back in his oral disc but it is definitely more of a brown than a green/yellow. His foot is still firmly planted at the bottom of his tupperware through 3-4" of sand although he has turned his angle a bit towards the bulb.

Do these guys "brown out" like a coral would if the bulbs are old/lower K spectrum? Will he return to a more attractive color once the bulbs are changed? my bulbs are the 10,000k bulbs that I got with the fixture and probably need to be replaced (I didn't get any info on how old they were) with some nice Phoenix 140000k bulbs soon once I can afford it.

I wouldn't sweat the not eating thing if everything else is looking good. I don't target feed my carpets at all. They pick up some pellets that drift their way and often my clowns will share some mysis but if you aren't trying to grow the thing bigger, good light is enough. If anything, I've seen big pieces of food like shrimp or silverside make nems sick when it's two big for them to digest in a timely manner.
