Would anyone be interested in aragonite sand?

I've found a source where I can get pure silica free aragonite sand from the Bahamas. I can only buy it in bulk and was wondering if anyone would be interested in buying some off me? I was thinking like $25 for 50 lbs. So like .50 cents a pound? I figure that would be fair since Caribsea charges like double that at usually $1.00 or more a pound. Not saying I'm going to do this just wondering if the interest would be there before I order 2000 pounds.

:sad2:Alright they said it was really large grains. And it's collected straight off of the beach so it's open to all kinds of pollutants. So unfortunately it won't work for our application. Sorry everyone:sad2:

Would tropic eden do a group buy on their aragasnow sand? I read its great sand.

I am pretty sure the if you needed that much aragonite that FAOIS would do a group buy on whatever you were looking for and then you could help out the rest of the RC group. Its just a matter of them ordering a pallet and everyone can save.

I just purchased caribsea ocean direct live sand #40 bags of oolite sand for around $33.00 each on drsfostersmith ..cheapest I could find in that size bag I got 5 bags coming free shipping ....I think brs was same price for 20# bags

I don't see why it wouldn't hurt to ask them. Im sure it wouldn't be hard to get a nice size group buy done for the group
