I have been interested in getting a BTA for a while now. However... can't do it in seahorse tank, or the show tank, but i recently just started up a nano. This nano is only 10 gallons though. No fish just some sps, lps, and zoos. Would it be ok or would it just get too big so I should forget about it. I am using 150watt metal halide. Any help appreciated. Thanks ^^

Personally I wouldn't do it. I tried it in the past and they (( the BTAs )) just get too big. Odds are good that all your other corals would get stung.

Not only sting, but kill coral if it decides to move.

NIN = no. Keep it simple. ;)

(Nem's in nano)

I had one in a 29 gallon. I couldn't imagine attempting a BTA in anything much smaller. They really will spread out if conditions are good, best to up the tank size if you really want to try. They sell 29G at Petco, etc, all day long. GL!
