Would this light work well for a fuge light?

Where I'm placing my fuge I need a low fixture like that. It's a freshwater 18 watt, 6700K PC fixture.

So, basically the question is, is a 'freshwater' PC bulb/fixture in the 6700K range good for a fuge, with cheato in it?

yes. I use a 28w 6700k lamp over my fuge. My cheato grows too fast.
