I am curious.... 75gal tank.... 30gal sump.... 3 to 4" sandbed.... lots of rock.... would one have the ability to keep a Mandarin goby and a Psycho Mandarin in the same tank?

Try just one and see if you can keep pods enough for that.
I'd add a fuge with pod piles and chaeto and dose w/phyto.
2 males would fight.
I personally would just keep one.
