Would you like to host a meeting?

Greetings all.

Just wanted to point out that if there is anyone who would like to host a club meeting, don't be shy and contact me. We'd love to invade your place, look at your tank and reef-chat for a few hours.

Also, it doesn't have to be your place. As long as there is heat (AC in the summer) and we can talk then we should be good.

Best,
Georgi

I would be happy to host a meeting at my house. I am not an official member yet but I will join the next meeting in January. I can do February...

Thanks for stepping up folks! I'll particularly look forward to seeing Greg's tank - a treat I've not yet had. :)

Bump. Come on, it's not that scary. We'll even bring you some frags :).
Also, summer months are starting soon so we can make it a BBQ/Park meeting. Just pick a month and let me know.

Bump - I'll do May or June if no one else volunteers. But I've been recently undertaking big changes on my nano, and while it will be a good study of "natural impacts" of changes to a tank, it will be no show piece by then. Certainly will not be impressive.

But I'm HAPPY to let my deck fill with reefers talking reef and enjoying food/beverage if need be.

Cheers - Steve

Let me check with my wife, but I think I can do August... My tank will be 1 year old that month.

Also getting my new ATI T5 bulbs today, I have been running crap bulbs that came with my eBay ballast for the first 8 months of this tank... Can't wait to see how much better these new bulbs do!!

Assuming my tank cycles well and gets up and running in earnest over the next few weeks - I'm definitely up for hosting one of these months. I'm in Norwalk.

I'd love to host one but I don't think you guys want to take that the ride.

Jeff - you know the issue with that offer. :) Thanks though.

Maybe you might want to sponsor one within our normal operating area... Captian's Cove as a meeting place sounds like a good one for you to sponsor. ;) Really.
