Wrasse experts! Need a little help.

They call me EC
I'll try to get a pic up later, but for now, I think a description should help. I've searched everywhere, even Scott Michael's wrasse book. I can't find a positive ID on this flasher. It resembles a filimented, or bellae, but it has one extended ray on the anal fin, like the multiple rays on the dorsal. It's probably the second or third ray from the front that is elongated. Hard to tell for sure. He won't sit still. LOL

So, do any of you know of a flasher that meets this description? If so, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the quick response.
I hope you're right, and that's about the only thing that makes sense to me so far. I'm no wrasse expert though.

Here's a video. Sorry the quality isn't great. You may need to pause the video when the anal fin is exposed to see the extra filament.

Here's another clip. You can easily see the extra filament at the beginning of the video. You may need to pause it to get a good view.
