wrasse fighting or just territorial?

I just added a Male Lubbock's Wrasse(Cirrhilabrus lubbocki) to my tank last night and I already have a Female Red Tailed Flasher Wrasse (Paracheilinus rubricaudalis) in there. The Red Tailed flasher has been in there for like 5 months. I just noticed that the Red Tailed is chasing, kind of ramming and harassing my Lubbocks. Do you think there fighting or is the Red Tailed Flasher just defending its territory or establishing dominance?

I would say just telling the newbie who's in charge. The aggression will soon end.

its been almost 10 days and the aggression is still going on. thinking about taking the red tail out and keeping him out for a day and then try putting him back in and see what happens
