Im looking for something else to feed my wrasse to mix things up a bit. They are currently eating PE mysis and a bit of cyclopeze but I would like one, maybe two other things I could mix things up with. Are baby brine too small for them? I know I would have to feed them to the fish around 24-36 hours after hatching but I wouldnt mind doing that once or twice a week. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

These are what I have so far.
Yellowfin Flasher Wrasse
Lubbock's Fairy Wrasse
Red Velvet Fairy Wrasse
Yellow-Flanked Fairy Wrasse (i think)

My McCosker's really like Nori. I feed it daily. I would also look into feeding Spectrum Pellets. They are a great all around food for all fish.

Hikari mysis is an excellent food for wrasses, and most fish. I like PE mysis, but Hikari better. The smaller Hikari is smaller than PE and eaten easier by most wrasses. I don't think I have a single fish that doesn't eat them. For larger fish I feed the large Hikari (which is larger than PE.) I also feed Spectrum pellets. Not all my wrasses will eat them, but some do. I also feed some flakes.

see i like the crude protein content of PE mysis, Hikari if im not mistaked is like 38% opposed to 58% or so with PE. Im not looking at cartons so im not sure the exact values, just from memory

For a fairly good size fish wrasse love small food. I feed frozen, small pellets and flake that I crush down to a very small size. They go nuts over the crushed flake. I think its their favorite food.

My wrasses eat mainly NLS, Nori, PE mysis, and Formula 1 flakes. They even eat fish roe that I feed some of my corals with. I haven't tried the Hikari, but it sounds like a good product.
