Wrasse head injury

Pygmy wrasse eating, very healthy, no signs of disease. Been in QT for about 5 days. This morning I went to my tank to find a large injury on its head. I am using prazipro in the tank. Should I use any other antibacterial medicine to ward off infection? I will try to get another better picture later.

I would try the melafix and pimafix products. I've used them in the past with good success. Do a search here for them or Google search if you're not familiar with them. Good natural products, and they're reef safe

I know, right. I absolutely love this fish. It is actually eating pellets, also.
