Wrasse ID needed here

He's been in the tank for a couple of months. Doesn't bother anyone nor corals or inverts.

He's pretty much blackish in color, tail has a yellowish stripe and face has blue lightning decor on his cheek.

Don't know man, the mouth that my fish has is large like a slingmouth.. the ones you mentioned have small mouths like fairywrasses.

Hard to tell any mouth definition from the picture, but I am changing my answer.

It looks like an intermediate Chisletooth that is in the middle of transitioning.

yeah basically like that, top line isn't as pronouced as like the pic but pretty much identical. How behaved is this in the reeftank, he's been a model citizen so far.
